Behind the energetic persona of this young Public Relations (PR) professional lies a woman known for her adaptability, her insatiable curiosity, and her fearless embrace of new experiences. For Alditta Khoirun Nisa, learning by doing isn’t just a principle, it’s a way of life. Armed with a fast-learning mindset, she navigates the ever-shifting landscape of public communication with ease, seamlessly embracing technological revolutions, including the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Her story begins in Sukolilo, Pati, a district often shadowed by headlines of illegal mining, floods, and stolen vehicles, unfairly earning the label of a “bandit village.” Growing up in such a stigmatized environment, Alditta discovered the power of image, and more importantly, how communication can transform perception. These early challenges shaped her resilience and sharpened her critical lens, instilling in her a determination to rewrite narratives into something brighter, more empowering.

Her romance with PR began serendipitously in Islamic middle school when she stumbled upon a book titled How to Be a PR Professional. The spark only grew stronger during her years at High School, where she majored in languages. What started as curiosity soon evolved into a calling. “My passion has been intertwined with Public Relations ever since,” she reflects. Later, she enjoyed her journey to be a Communication student and graduated from Universitas Muhamadiyah Yogyakarta.

Now in her second year at Indonesia’s National Library (Perpustakaan Nasional), Alditta finds herself navigating the intricate layers of government bureaucracy. Yet she insists that creativity should remain at the heart of public sector PR, particularly in amplifying literacy issues to resonate with everyday communities. While digital tools and AI offer undeniable advantages, Alditta believes the true distinction of PR lies in its human touch; in perspective, empathy, and the art of storytelling.

For Alditta, personal branding extends beyond polishing her own image; it’s also about representing her institution with integrity. This commitment drives her to pursue certified training, join international conferences, and expand her professional network across borders. Curiosity and analytical thinking remain her compass, guiding her to stay relevant in an industry where relevance is everything.

As a Gen Z professional, she embraces a minimalist, mindful lifestyle. Between deadlines and projects, Alditta carves out time for self-care, literary discussions, and knowledge-sharing, whether through social media or as a speaker. To her, knowledge only becomes meaningful when it’s shared. Her bookshelf treasure? Digital Minimalism, a guide that helps her think both strategically and philosophically in the midst of today’s digital chaos.

Alditta is living proof that stigma and challenges are not setbacks but stepping stones. With passion, adaptability, and an unwavering humanist perspective, she reminds us that PR is not merely about crafting an image, it’s about creating meaning for others. Perhaps, like Alditta, your greatest leap forward begins with the courage to try and to never stop learning.
